Support is not really involved. Its a standalone take/or leave software and as is.
Errors are fixed by you to work around and make best do with issues.
Sadly hate to say it i feel because he (the create) has a basically good solid software the creator only doesn't have much time to work the system and errors are pending on how bad his back up in his other work likely to take away.
So until he either can get more users or more time either one will be his only option. :)
