Terms of Service

My Vend Track is an online, web based, vending managment solution. The terms of service outline your rights to use and access My Vend Track. By using My Vend Track you ackowledge that you understand and accept these terms of service.

1. Fees. By paying the monthly fee the user will be granted access to all the functionalities My Vend Track has to offer for the duration of the number of months paid for in full by the user. Fees are to be on a monthly basis but can be made in advance. You will have full access to your data as long as your subscription has not expired. If your subscription has expired you will have limited access to your data.
2. Liability. My Vend Track will not be liable for any losses from the use of or reliance on My Vend Track. My Vend Track is not liable for any losses that result from using the My Vend Track software.
3. Data. You are soley responisble for your data and the accuracy of it.  My Vend Track is in no way responsible for any inaccuracies in any of your data. My Vend Track will not disclose any of your information without consent. You will have full access to your data as long as you are up to date on your monthly fee. If your subscription has expired you will have limited access to your data. See "Fees" section for more information on data access.
